You may opt out of any or all communications from us at any time using any of the methods listed on this page. All opt-out requests are honored promptly and at no cost to you. Opting out does not affect any existing insurance coverage you may have obtained through us.
To stop receiving SMS text messages from Dee Knows Insurance, use any of the following methods:
Reply STOP to any SMS text message you receive from us. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts will be sent.
Send an opt-out request to [email protected] with "SMS Opt-Out" in the subject line and your phone number in the body.
After opting out you may re-opt in at any time by texting START or by submitting a new quote request with consent.
Click the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email communication you receive from us. Your request will be processed within 10 business days as required by the CAN-SPAM Act.
Email [email protected] with "Email Opt-Out" in the subject line. Include the email address you wish to unsubscribe.
To be added to our internal Do Not Call list and stop receiving phone calls from Barnes Health Solutions d/b/a Dee Knows Insurance:
Verbally request to be placed on our Do Not Call list during any live phone call with our team. Your number will be added immediately.
Email [email protected] with "Do Not Call" in the subject line and your phone number. We will add your number to our internal DNC list within 30 days as required by applicable law.
You may also register your number on the National Do Not Call Registry at donotcall.gov. We honor both our internal DNC list and the National DNC Registry.
SMS opt-outs via STOP are processed immediately. All other opt-out requests are processed within 10 business days for email and 30 days for phone/Do Not Call requests, consistent with applicable legal requirements.
